Our Rates

Rates vary by the job.  For instance, simple repairs can be as little as $100.  Standard bench time is billed at $125 per hour.  However, sometimes there is a learning curve for items we’ve never seen before.  For this, we do not charge.  But we do charge for estimates; $50.  

For work performed at an industrial site the rate is $175 per hour or $1250 per day (8-hours) plus travel time (and expenses if incurred).

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping both ways.  When shipping an item for repair, it is always best if it is shipped in its original manufacturer’s box with the protective packing.  This minimizes impact to the item and assures that it will arrive safety and in one piece.  If  the original box in not available, pack your item with  at least 4-inches of bubble wrap surrounding it in the box.

Service Documents

As you know, documentation such as a service manual or schematic diagram is not always available to aid in trouble shooting an issue.  Although it is always welcomed, required.  We understand electronics and how circuits are intended to operate as designed.  As such, we are highly successful in trouble shooting to the root cause of an issue without the aid of documentation.
